Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SB Studio (the "Service"), operated by [BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"), [CITY, STATE / COUNTRY]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

You upload a music track (a "beat") and, optionally, reference photos. The Service generates short vertical videos that react to the music, based on templates or on a style created from your photos. Draft previews are free, low resolution and watermarked. Final videos (1080×1920) are produced with credits.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to buy credits.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to collect extra free credits.

3. Credits and payments

• Credits are bought in packs at the prices shown in the app. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or Mercado Pago); we never see or store your full card details.
• One final video uses the number of credits shown before you confirm (normally 1 credit per video; creating a style from photos uses more).
• If a final render fails or is canceled before it's delivered, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are non-refundable once used, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 30 days at [CONTACT EMAIL].
• We may change prices for future purchases. Credits you already bought keep their value. Unused credits don't expire while your account is active.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to the music, photos, logos and text you upload ("Your Content"). You confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and that they don't infringe anyone's rights.
• You give us a limited license to store and process Your Content only to provide the Service to you (for example, to analyze the beat, render the video, and create your style).
• Don't upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that uses other people's trademarks or characters without permission.

5. The videos you create

Subject to these terms and to your rights in Your Content, you may use the final videos you pay for for any lawful purpose, including commercial use and posting on social networks. Templates, the rendering engine, the app and the Súbele brand remain ours. Styles created from your photos are private to your account.

6. AI features

"Style from photos" sends your reference photos to an AI provider (Anthropic's Claude) to design a new template. Results are generated automatically and may vary; they may not match your expectations exactly.

7. Storage

We keep your jobs and videos for [30] days, then delete them automatically to save space. Download the videos you want to keep.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [CONTACT EMAIL] with your contact details, the work, the content you believe infringes it and a statement under penalty of perjury that you're authorized to act. We'll remove infringing content and may close repeat infringers' accounts.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the free tier, or put the Service at risk. You can delete your account at any time from My account.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Changes and law

Estos términos regulan el uso de SB Studio (el "Servicio"), operado por [RAZÓN SOCIAL] ("nosotros"), [CIUDAD, ESTADO / PAÍS]. Al crear una cuenta o usar el Servicio los aceptás. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Servicio.

1. Qué hace el Servicio

Subís una pista de música (un "beat") y, si querés, fotos de referencia. El Servicio genera videos verticales cortos que reaccionan a la música, a partir de plantillas o de un estilo creado desde tus fotos. Los borradores son gratis, en baja resolución y con marca de agua. Los videos finales (1080×1920) se hacen con créditos.

2. Cuentas

• Tenés que tener al menos 13 años para usar el Servicio, y al menos 18 (o permiso de tu madre, padre o tutor) para comprar créditos.
• Cuidá tu clave. Sos responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta.
• No se permite crear varias cuentas para juntar créditos de regalo.

3. Créditos y pagos

• Los créditos se compran en paquetes, a los precios que muestra la app. Los pagos los procesan nuestras pasarelas (como Stripe o Mercado Pago); nunca vemos ni guardamos los datos completos de tu tarjeta.
• Cada video final usa los créditos que se muestran antes de confirmar (normalmente 1 crédito por video; crear un estilo desde fotos usa más).
• Si un render final falla o se cancela antes de entregarse, sus créditos vuelven solos a tu saldo.
• Los créditos no tienen valor en dinero, no se transfieren y no se reembolsan una vez usados, salvo que la ley diga otra cosa. Si se te cobró por error, escribinos dentro de los 30 días a [EMAIL DE CONTACTO].
• Podemos cambiar los precios de compras futuras. Los créditos que ya compraste mantienen su valor y no vencen mientras tu cuenta esté activa.

4. Tu contenido

• Conservás todos los derechos sobre la música, fotos, logos y textos que subís ("Tu Contenido"). Confirmás que son tuyos o que tenés permiso para usarlos, y que no violan derechos de nadie.
• Nos das una licencia limitada para guardar y procesar Tu Contenido solo para prestarte el Servicio (analizar el beat, renderizar el video y crear tu estilo).
• No subas contenido ilegal, de odio, sexual con menores, ni marcas o personajes ajenos sin permiso.

5. Los videos que creás

Sujeto a estos términos y a tus derechos sobre Tu Contenido, podés usar los videos finales que pagaste para cualquier fin legal, incluso comercial y en redes sociales. Las plantillas, el motor de render, la app y la marca Súbele siguen siendo nuestros. Los estilos creados desde tus fotos son privados de tu cuenta.

6. Funciones con IA

"Estilo desde fotos" envía tus fotos de referencia a un proveedor de IA (Claude, de Anthropic) para diseñar una plantilla nueva. El resultado es automático y puede variar; puede no coincidir exactamente con lo que esperabas.

7. Almacenamiento

Guardamos tus trabajos y videos durante [30] días y después se borran solos para ahorrar espacio. Descargá los videos que quieras conservar.

8. Reclamos de derechos de autor

Si creés que algún contenido del Servicio infringe tus derechos de autor, escribí a [EMAIL DE CONTACTO] con tus datos, la obra, el contenido que la infringe y una declaración de que estás autorizado para reclamar. Quitaremos el contenido infractor y podemos cerrar cuentas que reincidan.

9. Suspensión

Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que violen estos términos, abusen de lo gratuito o pongan en riesgo el Servicio. Podés borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde Mi cuenta.

10. Garantías y responsabilidad

El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por daños indirectos, y nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que nos pagaste en los últimos 12 meses.

11. Cambios y ley aplicable
